This villa, commissioned from architect Pol Gosset by notary André Douce in 1929, is different in its Art Deco modernity to the other manor houses in the style of Louis XV or Louis XVI associated with the champagne houses.
Its façade of huge brick pilasters, its Streamline Art déco concrete interior (dynamic lines inspired by great transatlantic liners) and its exceptional music room were listed in 1993.
