Description
While waiting for the harvest, experience the maturity of the grapes.
Each year, before the harvest, the Champagne winegrowers monitor the maturity of their grapes to determine the optimal harvest date. Put yourself in the shoes of a Champagne winemaker. Accompanied by your host, go to the vineyards of Tours sur Marne to collect a sample of grapes (about 10 bunches per group). Back on the farm, as a group, press your bunches and measure the sugar and acidity of the grape juice. Visit the cellars of the house, then over a glass of champagne, try to determine the optimal harvest date.
What to bring for the tour:
Wear flat closed shoes and comfortable clothing. And clothes that you are not afraid to get dirty!

- The journey from the meeting point (Champagne Lamiable in Tours sur Marne) to the vineyards is done with your own vehicle.
- This activity is weather dependent. If the weather conditions are unfavourable, we will either propose another date or go and cut the grapes before your arrival.
