A unique example of transitional Art Nouveau and Art Deco architecture, the Villa Cochet, now the Villa Demoiselle, was built between 1904 and 1908 to the plans of the architect Louis Sorel.
It is a representative residence, emblematic of an architectural and decorative style at the service of the Vranken Champagne House.
In 2004, Paul-François Vranken acquired the villa and undertook restoration work that lasted nearly five years.
The best craftsmen were selected to restore the villa to its former glory while respecting the styles of the time.
