From Apicius' duck to Louis XVI's pig's feet, from Henri IV's "poule au pot" to Auguste Escoffier's passion for Melba, many historical moments have been associated with a dish.

If some have forgotten the circumstances in which chicken was served to Napoleon at the battle of Marengo, this dish has remained in our memories and on our tables.
Le Réfectoire has therefore chosen to reproduce these dishes.
