Founded in 1912 by Léon Orly- Roederer, this mutualist group is testament to the investment of champagne companies in Reims life.
The 1924 project by architects Albert Cuvillier and Ferdinand Amann combined the offices of the mutual funds, the small business exchange and the music school.
Modified after the 1925 International Exhibition, the building incorporates Art Deco elements: characteristic geometric parts, ironwork and glass roofs, bas-reliefs by Édouard Sediey and interior frescoes by Edmond Chauvet.
