To make you live and discover this experience, the Tourist Office of Greater Reims and Cafés Miguel have created for you "Roaster for a Day", a visit including:
- The history of coffee and Cafés Miguel
- Visit the workshop: discovery of a roasting machine and presentation of the principles of roasting.
- Selection, weighing and personalized labeling of coffee
- Tasting and blind test, to test your senses.
- Duration: 2 hours
- Small group of 8 people maximum
- Spoken languages: French, English
