Founded in Avize in 1947, the Palmer & Co Cooperative came to Reims in 1959.
With the exception of the brick lodge dating back to reconstruction, these premises are entirely contemporary with offices at the forefront and, at the back of the plot, the fermentation rooms, production areas and storerooms.
This is the location of a part of the company’s industrial activities that, in 2017, acquired a reception space in a historic building in the Reims Mountain: le Domaine du Chalet (in Chigny-les-Roses).
