Description
During this visit, you will discover the Maison Boizel as well as the different stages of the in the Champagne making process, starting with the visit of the Cellier with its oak barrels and the impressive Cuverie with its huge stainless steel vats.
The experience then continues with the visit of the historical cellars, listed as UNESCO World Heritage, where the Boizel family treasure hides, holding bottles dating from the founding of the House in 1834.
Finally, you will taste two of our great cuvées: our Brut Réserve, true ambassador of Boizel all around the world and the Grand Vintage 2012, a great vintage year in Champagne, rich in aromas with a silky elegance.
