But who was Dom Pérignon? is he really the inventor of champagne ?
During a private, informative and interactive workshop, go back in time and meet the "spiritual father of Champagne" through the history of Champagne and Champagne.
On the program to illustrate this workshop which will take you to discover the vine by the glass, documents and anecdotes but also on site vines and the visit of an educational champagne cellar .
You will taste with an educational approach throughout this workshop the champagne of a family of winegrowers, producer since 1888 in the village of Hautvillers, village of Dom Pérignon.
